What I'm wondering about is why Russians need a Russian copy of the game? Don't they learn it at school?

All the localisations are made to increase the profit by attracting people en mass because it is easier for most to speak in their native language. But now imagine a situation when instead of saying 'Welcome to World of Warcraft" your regional version says "Pull your pants down and bend over" and if you complain about it you would be told to stop b itching about it.
