Ive been told that item quantity/rarity doesn't effect drops on maps....

is this true? I have gear with +rarity and quantity, is this not helping my drops at all in maps?

IIQ on your gear does not affect the drop rate of maps within maps. Only the +quantity on the map itself does so.
For all other drops (currency, gear), it works as normal. | |

I think that is correct i have 220% and seem to find nothing but whites and an occasional blue...should be more rewarding than it currently is.
