Vaal Burning arrow questions

Are the following 2 true?
1) If my Vaal burning arrow is linked to GMP then if all explosions hit the target it will be 68% chance to ignite as each arrow is 20% chance, and the burning damage will be equal to 1 arrow damage. 2) If my Vaal arrow can pierce then it mechanically works exactly like tornado shot, as in if I shoot right behind the target, then the target will be hit by the initial piercing arrow and then by the explosion behind, this effect only applies once with GMP, same as tornado shot. 1. Each arrow will have its own Chance to Ignite. You can get 0-5 Ignites, and the strongest of these Ignites will take effect.
