PROCUREMENT : The Ultimate Path Of Exile Companion Tool!
We've just released Procurement 1.0.0! download here!
First up, changelog: * Added the ability to login using session ID * Improved performance - Switching leagues/tabs is now faster * Greatly improved rendering quality * Added support for Scion * Added support for new helmet types * Added {4Link}, {5Link} & {6Link} link template tags * Updated {PopularGems} and {DropOnlyGems} * Added error handling for Error 500 * Fixed throttling messages showing twice * Added Armourers Scrap vendor recipe * Added Blacksmiths Whetstone recipe * Added Cartographers Chisel recipe * Added Glassblowers Bauble recipe * Added same base type recipe * Compiled for both x86 and x64, previously Procurement was incorrectly set to compile only for x86 Two of the big changes in this release: Improved performance We did some performance testing and picked up some areas that was causing part of the slowdown when changing leagues/tabs, and have improved this. Changing leagues and tabs is a lot faster now, as is changing sections, eg: inventory/trading. There are still some slowdowns, but overall it will be a better experience. Added the ability to login using session ID - THIS MEANS YOU CAN LOGIN WITHOUT EMAIL/PASSWORD! In response to a lot of the new steam users not being able to use Procurement, and people being (rightfully) concerned about entering in their email & password, we have added a new method of logging into Procurement via the sessionID. This is the best we can do without a proper API from GGG. TheTDev has written an excellent overview of the sessionID in this Wiki article that covers everything you need to know, not just how to use it with Procurement but also security concerns. TL;DR : Login to forum, get the sessionID from your browser, paste into Procurement and login! Lastly, a reminder to check our wiki, which we are constantly updating. I get asked a lot of questions daily that are covered by the wiki! A big shoutout to the streamers who have been vouching for Procurement, especially Mors & Willy, as well as the two guys who made code contributions to this release! " Excellent suggestion, not having selectable tabs for recipes was an oversight on my part. Update time is the biggest pain in Procurement (Not much I can do about it) so being able to set which tabs to update is a great idea. Way I see it working: * First time you login, it fetches all your tabs * Settings file is auto-updated after login with the the name of all your tabs with an UpdateTab="True/False" setting * From there you can set which tabs to update and Procurement will only update the applicable. I'm really curious how the Buyout feature works. I added Buyout values to some of my items using the right-click context menu, but the forum code that is outputted for those items doesn't seem to add the buyout tags.
Is the buyout feature just not fully implemented yet? I would love this feature since it makes your items much more popular for people who use indexing sites to find forum posts. Thanks! -Stumbles |

Firstly I have to say it's a great thing that you added the possibility to login via the Session ID!!!
I was also one of those people, who wasn't sure about using it, since it wanted my Email and my PW. I was just scarred of loosing this account, since I put some money in it ;). For the People who are using Opera and want to get the Session ID, because there is no tut on the site for it: 1. Log in into the site 2. rightclick somewhere on the page 3. click on second last entry from the bottom 4. go to Cookies, there you find the entry with "PHPSESSID" 5. mark it and click on "edit" 6. Copy the Value and you have your ID ;) I hope this is understandable, maybe some names will vary since I'm using the german version of Opera and still have the 12.16 Version! Hey Stickymaddness I did a basic setup guide for Procurement to get newer users rolling and getting their shops online. I hope this helps out new users and especially new players.
The video is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQGg0ukkQN0 Any comments and/or criticisms are best left on the comment section of that video or PMed to me here as I will not be checking this thread for replies. The next video is a SessionID video. Just getting all of the applicable browsers set up so I can do all of them in one video. |

" The buyout feature does need more work, but the way it works currently you rightclick set a price on items, and then in your forum template you need to add {Buyouts} " I understand completely, which is part of the reason we added the sessionID stuff. I'm glad that you'll be able to start using Procurement now! " Awesome stuff, thanks for making the effort to put a video together, I'm sure it will help a lot of newcomers get up and running!
