Well first u should not expect to reach my dmg unless u invest a ton into the build like 500ex+ and even then but reaching around 6-7M vs shaper is pretty affordable.

One of the problem for ur build is ur low chance to hit ur only at 86% (this is a big issue, it make ur crit unreliable) u should try to get some accuracy somewhere, also ur wand is a hybrid phys/ele this is probably the worst setup of all, a pure ele wand more dmg, n would have cost u less.

Also try to get some real ES glove i understand u want to be cap res w/o flask because u need to lvl but i would really aim at 200+ES glove.

Also converstion phys to lightning is the worst vinktar u can use, u should use Add lightning dmg to attack vinktar.

so i would really fix the ACC issue first wand n glove would be the number 2 priority then vinktar the last 1.

(also if u want optimal dmg don't forget that the helm enchant give alot of dmg but thats also something i would not sugguest giving how expensive it is)

Edit: ofc getting better jewels is always a option

For a cheap wand I would suggest Piscator's Vigil instead of a multi modded wand, most of the time it's almost the same damage for way cheaper c:

true that piscator is a good budget wan put has ive mentionned this is far from a budget build so i hope ppl can afford some good multimodded wands.

I managed to find a way to get more dmg with this amulet


if u can manage to get some GG rare amulet yes it can beat Choir of the storm but u really need something pretty good to beat it.

Looking for some advice on what to craft on this wand.

don't go futher, this is not a good wand to invest anything on u should at least have 2 good prefix like t1-2 before removing bad suffix n multimodding.
