Commandment of Blades with Totems

A noob question, but I haven't found any other support topic relevant to this question. Will Commandment of Blades trigger on totem builds running Ancestral Bond? I have yet to see it proc, but then again my screen is usually filled with projectiles.

Your totems hitting would not count as you hitting; they aren't you.
In theory you should be able to hit, deal 0 damage, but still proc the enchantment. I find it difficult to justify optional purchases to support a Tencent-owned development studio that declines to provide customers Technical Support, regardless of how many thousands of euros that customer has spent...
