This is a Signature Event. The top three experience value records across all signature races for each class wins an alternate art Demigod's Stride at season end.

Cant play descent races because im ot of sync like 90% of the time,

found wtf gear then got "one shot" to 10% hp by crit discharge and followed by rapid death

Fix Dischargers, seriously 350 life 4% fire 14% cold 32% lighting res! and gettin anihilated... this is a fuckin joke.

Had the worst RNG ever, literally found nothing useful ever asides from some scrolls and 1 augmentation, and then as a final kick in the face, I find this, and then die about 10 seconds later in the ice room.
