Holy moly. I think this may change a few link setups, assuming that the progresiion of 1% will just continue as it does for the standard 20% ...

If i ever lay my hands upon this, I WILL find a use for it!

Just one question from the OCD: why not 10%/20% for lvl 2/3 ...

That's a VERY powerful effect. (assuming it's +8% to quality rather than 8% increased to quality)

@Fhedaykin some pretty obvious uses are curses/immortal call that do not currently require other links to be good and have decent qualitys.

Someone on reddit mentioned shock nova and someone in this thread may have done so as well. Very,v ery high chances to shock.

Its got at least some potential to be useful, the real issue is leveling it. I still think these gems require about twice the exp they should require even with the quality on them.

Now we know why enfeeble quality got nerfed :P

lvl 7 enhance = 48% quality bonus = 36% less accuracy

total = 94% reduced accuracy lolol

I'm not sure where level 7 enhance comes from. Assuming a level 3 cap, that only reaches level 4 in your hypothetical item.

Etheral Knives.. Discharge.. A few traps.. Freezing Pulse.. Pretty much anything that scales from flat damage and has decent quality.

empower would give +3 to it

Nah empower only gives + to the active skill gem.
