ty once again...arc didn't do nearly enough damage...flameblast works wonderfully

I've only had 1 RIP on my build so far...Museum map...had a chaos damage random unique mob along with the other 3 bosses...so total of 2 chaos damage mobs. I died pretty fast, but they died about the same time lol. No real loss as I had just leveled :D

What are all the Auras you use? Working on this build

Purity of fire , Vitality, Determination is all you need..

You can switch to Purity of Lightning for Determination if you are doing high lightning damage fights for example Shrine Piety. But it's optional if you can handle the damage.

Update on my current build...

Running Q20 shock Nova for shock stacking. Damage buff to Rf is insane coupled with decent life leach amount. The buff this brings to party play could be quite useful.



Will upload a video soon for some demonstration.

My Auras are Purity of Fire, Vitality and Grace - I get more Armour from Grace than from Determination.

Aswell for killing totems: firestorm with concentrated effect, fire penetration and blood magic - it works pretty good ;)

Thanks for posting it, it's quite a nice physical reduction with only charges, I was kinda worried Kaom's lowish armour would decrease total reduction by quite a bit but this is not the case, just in case I happen to acquire one in the distant future ;)

Very nice question, no idea but my guess is if all other mods snapshoot these should too. I'm actually really curious about this, might do some testing. Problem is testing might not even be conclusive because of RNG.

Chaos bosses too stronk, seriously I don't even atempt chaos map bosses unless fully chaos res equipped and pots. Add to the mix some random rare with fun aura for one of those wtf moments.

Yes it works like a charm :) I used to run a shocking variation in the beginning but for solo it was overkill and respecced out of it. For party is perfect though as you'll be the one in front most of the time shocking mobs.

Good news about all chars getting a respec with the new expansion, now I can't wait until this character goes to hardcore...I have some nice stuff waiting there for a low life variation of this build :)

This character will be pve and pvp, here is the theorycraft and stats:

Build


Highlights
Increased aura effect: 83%
Less aura reserve: 26%

ES from passives: 254%
ES from intelligence: 70%

Fire resistance with ephemeral edge: 92% (94% without)
ES regeneration with Shavronne's revelation and viltality: 9.2%
Damage taken from RF: 6.8% (not counting life damage)

Why go low life, pain attunement and resolute technique?
- low life lets me run more auras on life
- resolute technique lets me use a weapon attack and crown of eyes gives a nice boost to attack damage with pain attunement and RF (89% more attack damage)

Which auras will I use?
On mana:
Discipline = 32%
Vitality = 21%
Purity of ice = 21%
Purity of elements = 21%

Total = 95%

On life:
Purity of fire = 42%
Purity of lightning = 42%

Total = 84%
