Higher drop rates of Chromatic Orbs/Orbs of Fusing needed?

And fusings can be farmed for, alterations -> jewelers -> fusings does the trick relatively easy. At least when stacking up on rares with the help of increased item rarity/quantity.

With that said, magic finding chars will be harder to realize with OB (the game, judging from alpha content, will become much harder and many builds much more balanced), but should still be pretty effective in farming such convenience orbs. They could just farm, if merciless proves to be too hard, cruel all day long for rares and get similar results.

So in the long run, orbs that only drop occasionally will get significantly more expensive (gcp, divine, blessed) and it might be a good advise to keep those in check.

You can buy them in act 2 (from Yeena), like said - for 4 Jewellers each.

5Ls and 6Ls are pure luxury items. Nothing more. A well-defined build that people can use should be able to operate without requiring 5Ls/6Ls. Chromatics and fusings are fine where they are.

Yeah luxury items that you can get a with 10 or 20 fuse if youre really lucky...

5L avg? Around 50 fusings. 6L? About 300. It'd be higher I bet if not for the bastards who got 6L in 1-5 fusings.

Both chromatics and fusings and jewlers can be obtained from vendors, thus meaning you do not have to farm exclusively for them to get them.

What I'd like to see was another way to get scourings so I can easierly downlevel my gems.

Forgive me, but is there one from alterations-->jeweller's as mentioned? I can't find it in the wiki.

Orbs of Augmentation seem quite UNCOMMON to me, relative to Orbs of Transmutation and Orbs of Alteration.
