" I've gotten to upper prison on some of my better + %spell damage drops, though i was focused on leveling. If you just rush to him, should have a good minute or 2 to fight him, but your gonna be quite low level with little damage. Basically if you make it your only goal, and try a few times, easily can happen, but your not gonna rank high level wise. | |
