" You need 5 links to see a big DPS boost. Are you running crit or not? If so, get a Three Dragons, and make sure you got around 30-40% chance to crit - If not, then you should be going Righteous Fire / Ironwill. Otherwise, your DPS will be mediocre. Mess with the best, die like the rest.
