" I do not disagree with the OP, that's part of the reason that I usually play bow characters now. Yesterday I was playing the Maze of the Minotaur map and ran into a ranged combat boss with a proximity shield with a boss with an allies can't die aura. That was an especially difficult encounter for my bow character. Regarding the volatile blood being too melee-discriminatory, perhaps more proximity shield bosses should be spawned and perhaps some with reflect and proximity shields? That is if it's agreed that would be tougher on ranged than melee or perhaps just more ranged combat bosses that don't like to go toe to toe? You do have toons there as well, you must know certain skills don't need to put out huge amounts of DPS in order to have the potential to kill yourself. Certain builds are simply denied for no good reason at all. You wanna hamper glass cannons ? Fine, I'm with you. Reflect does a shit job at that, though. Fact is it doesn't add anything interesting. " All my characters are tuned properly, sorry ( probably because I am not aiming are batshit crazy dps values ). And my HC char atm is playting crit, btw. Everything else in the game could be considered binary thinking like this you know ... The thing that I dislike about reflect is mainly that it gives too much advantage to instant leech based builds. I was just in a 69 Tier 1 map with my 69 Gladiator. 3.6k health, 4000 armor (no mods), all resists capped. Map mods? Fire resist and health or something like that. So no extra damage mods.
Just one exploding Volatile Blood hit me for 3.59k damage. No warning or anything. Almost insta-killed me. I've had multiple characters insta-die to volatile blood more than anything else this league. This issue must be addressed. All that and a bag of chips! Последняя редакция: Mooginator#1287. Until they introduce a mod, that deals the same damage to you as volatile blood, UNLESS YOU KILL IN POINT BLANK RANGE, Volatile Blood will be the most problematic, and as the OP said it, descriminational mod in the game.
