Is this build for you?

1. If you are looking for an extremely low budget CI CWC AW build.

2. A build that is not only viable in softcore but also hardcore.

3. Insanely high eHP with really good clearing speed that is not a pure SRS or Spectre build.

4. If you prefer a build guide that has a video linked to it.

Build Enabling Items:

This build has no mandatory uniques, however, to hold the budget down, like... WAY down! You will aim for these uniques:

Defence & Utility

Thanks to the Incandescent Heart we mitigate 25% of all incoming elemental damage since we are 100% immune to chaos damage thanks to being speced in to: Chaos Inoculation.
On top of this we are strangling our budget and making life smooth & easy for us via the use of Aurumvorax.

As for utility we use Shield Charge for as fast clear speed as we can muster, together with Convocation to put our army of animated weapons at our feet to destroy thy enemies!

Skill-gems & Setups:

Animate Weapon:

- Cast While Channeling, Wither, Animate Weapon, Melee Splash, Minion Damage, Added Chaos

CWDT:

- CWDT, Immortal Call, Increased Duration

Mobility:

- Shield Charge, Faster Attacks, Fortify

Auras:

- LvL 1 Clarity, Discipline
- Generosity, Wrath
Keep in mind that you need to separate Generosity from the other auras to make sure they apply to yourself.

- Vaal Haste, Vaal Discipline, Increased Duration

The remaining gems you want to use are:

Flesh Offering
Lightning Golem
Desecrate
Convocation

These gems can be placed wherever on your gearing and you'll also have room for tons of other options that you can play around with yourself.

Skill-tree & Ascendancy Nodes:

Ascendancy Nodes:
This build relies very little on the Ascendancy nodes, you can whilst lvling pick up from Normal difficulty the Mistress of Sacrifice, which serves as a clear speed increaser, the next node you'll want is the Commander of Darkness. The CoM gives you additional resistances and also scalable dmg increasement. However, the Merciless lab will only give you Spirit Eater which only provides 45% minion damage to you. The uber lab would only provide you with the 2 smaller travel nodes which combined gives you 30% minion damage. For a low budget state you'll be fine at only having Normal & Cruel lab sorted. Higher budget for highest tier maps you'll be wanting the Merciless lab as well, uber lab being rather useless.

At this point you can pick up extra life nodes from the Scion wheel tree area if you feel the need for it, which depends on your life you have from your gear!

Finished skill-tree
This is the finalized build which includes a couple of respec points to get rid of the HP nodes that we don't want but we keep the ones near the witch area start for the Energy From Within Jewel

A few notes:

1. Once the skill-tree is finished, just focus 100% on more jewel slots.

2. Only transition to CI when you reach a comfortable ammount of Energy Shield, this is not a number we can throw in to a guide as it will always be different from 1 player to another. My recommendation is to wait with CI till you hit lvl 70 from Dried Lake farming then equip the chest piece and spec CI. Make sure to grab a few extra HP nodes as described in the links above whilst lvling.

3. Keep in mind that when you use your offset weapon with SRS to avoid bringing weapons in to every map to start the snowball effect of the build. You might not be caped in your resistances which means you need to be VERY careful til you can change back to your Aurumvorax/Shield setup!

Leveling Tips:

Fire Trap / Freezing Pulse till you find a 3L with sockets for SRS + Melee Splash + Minion Speed (Add Minion Damage when you get a 4L), you simply use this till you hit lvl 70 in which case you simply have SRS in your weapon offset to kickstart the Animate Weapon army!

To help speed up the lvling process I recommend using a Spell Totem + Animate Weapon + Melee Splash + Minion Damage which helps your army clear faster during your lvling experience!


Bandits:

- Normal: Kill them all for 1 extra skill point.
- Cruel: Kill them all for 1 extra skill point.
- Merciless: Kill them all for 1 extra skill point.

Defensive Stats:

1. Resistances
2. ES
3. ES
4. ES
5. ES

Offensive Stats:

1. Minion Damage

Jewel priority stat list:

1. Energy From Within (could get 2)
2. Minion resistance (Only till you get an additional 15%+ from jewels to cap the Animate Weapons)=
3. Minion Damage
4. ES


Flasks:

1x Sorrow of the Divine
1x Basalt Flask
1x Granite Flask
1x Quicksilver Flask of Heat (To avoid needing to identify boxes before you use them (counteracts freeze boxes))
1x <w/e flask> (High budget = use Witchfire Brew)

I am now answering questions on the build guide threads again!
(Finally time allows me 2 :D)

I'm using this guide and I enjoy it a lot. I'm now level 90 in HC legacy league and I'm facing a problem.

I'm trying to go upper in the Tier for mapping, but my weapon got destroyed easily (like breach in T10 or beyond are tricky).

I cannot afford the chest (id the magic items) or the sword that add leech and chaos. Don't even talk about a 6L haha.

What should I aim ? how could I improve ?

(my pet are capped in resist like the guide explain)

EDIT : I spent everything to buy the cloack. The difference is huge, very very enjoyable to play ! I cannot imagine once you also have the weapon :D

There are 3 major steps to upgrade this build for higher content:
1) Severed in Sleep => United in Dream || This is one of the best upgrades and should be top prio
2) 6L Chest || This is the second step to get the build up to higher tiers and is crucial for speed clearing
3) Tawmr Isley chest => This is an OPTIONAL upgrade, you really don't have to get this, I am currently running a MF version of this build with a rare chest piece even which was a cheap 6L purchase for me.


Though keep in mind that for higher tier mapping the Tawmr Isley can be a MASSIVE defensive upgrade for the weapons.

Yeah the Tawmr helps them mostly in defensiveness, whilst the weapon will grant you insane boost to clear speed! :) (Defensiveness is the biggest step to get to higher tiers in general)
