How SRS Levels and Why we Use empower and +3 staff so in case you only have a +2 staff you can find damage for your levels. Also remember empower isn't useful in 5l as "more" multipliers (melee damage, ele focus, conc effect) will always be more damage in a 5l setup so don't use empower unless you have 6l
