No hard and fast rules for something like this. That is a very good Watcher's Eye, single-aura Eyes are always very highly sought after, but your potential buyers' list is going to be restricted to people who're using Anger in their builds and want scaling/pen enough to trade several exalts for it. Something like this does not sell quickly unless you lowball the hell out of it.
You'll have to do a bunch of research to get a broad feel, then slap a price you consider fair on it and hope. No easy way to turn items like that into dosh. Nevertheless, congrats. That is a sick drop, would use with excessive glee on my Molten Strike Inquisitor if it was in Standard. She/Her

BLS is very popular this league. My guess is that this Watchers eye is a wet dream for every BLS build. I wouldn't put a price tag on it and wait for some offers. They will come for sure
