Damging lacking, Non-Crit Blade Vortex to Crit?

Hey guys,

i started playing noncrit Bladevortex and i am lacking a lot of damage. I am not sure what to do, switch to Crit or try to get better gear?

The problem is i am doing like no damage to bosses, it takes me like 1 Minute to kill a T11 map boss.

What should i do? getting a 6 Link impulsa is not possible right now (i have a 6 socked one which i use all my fusings on, no luck yet)
Should i go crit? if yes any help to what to change?

EDIT: I really like non-Crit and i would like to stay non-Crit but what i want more is to kill elder and endgame bosses so i would go crit if i have to.

No one that can help me improve my Char?
