Shaper Scorching Ray effect - Sound effect is too quiet

Shaper Scorching Ray effect looks and sounds awesome, but the sound effect should be louder, as currently it drowns easily under other sound effects.

Edited the first post (again), because at first I thought that the Shaper Scorching Ray's sound effect is almost loud enough, but after playing with it it is clearly too quiet.

The sound effect is really cool, but it becomes almost inaudible during any more intense fights, so please increase its sound volume at least a bit.
