Death Aura actual Aura MTX request

I was wondering if there is any chance of seeing either a rework of death aura or adding a microtranscation, an effect to death aura. So far it does not really look like an aura.

Not in the way that Righteous Fire has an aura that you can actually see.

It looks kind of bland and underwhelming, is there no chance of adding something like a RF type of aura to it? Death's oath type of builds do have things in common with RF type builds, it would be nice to see an actual aura added to death's oath.
