Insane Ritual Omen Costs?

Is there a bug on the cost of the rare omens? I've been farming them and was excited for 0.2.1 changes. However, I think it's unreasonable that a person complete four rituals on an end game map and not even be able to defer it after having farmed for so long.

Am I doing something wrong or missing something? Is there a minimum map config we need to run to ensure we have at least the minimum tribute to defer something? Thanks.

bro you need the ritual passive that reduces defer cost by 50% and if you farming ritual you should aim for 100% packsize which is pretty easy to get, if you get a normal map with packsize infuse it with deli packsize and have multipliers on atlas tree you can easily reach 100% packsize and it shouldnt be a problem to defer at all
