Hammer of Kamasa does not drop from Act 3 The Molten Vault Boss

Same. It dropped on my first 2 characters, but not my 3rd.
For what it's worth, the bug happened when I killed him with chaos damage as a witch. Was using Energy Drain, contagion, and Dark Effigy

Edit: asked an other player to kill him for me. Was a Monk. I did not even use a skill.
Did not work. No Hammer.

I have opend a Bug Report.

I can do the "Legacy of the Vaal" quest and go on in questline

Same here, no hammer drop twice as a monk. Is it linked to already having completed the quest on another character? It would be nice to at least get rid of the quest and get the gem reward, even if the bench is already unlocked

Same issue here.

In subsequent attempts I tried waiting to kill him until closer to the end of the path, and turning off my beast companion.

Neither worked.

I am also having the same issue. I hope i can just get past it if i restart a few times
