What is wrong with your Network?

Has anyone found a solution yet? I started playing 2 again (on Xbox) and I get disconnected every 5-10 minutes, its stuttery, my fps is constantly in the toilet. Its only poe2, definitely not my internet. Its an unbelievably bad experience
