Delirium bugged out

Basically a normal tier 15 waystone, entered the delirium portal and cleaned out the entire map + map boss.

The Delirium was marked as completed but its still there and no rewards were givin.

Also the control to end it also doesn't work, I mean it never worked for me same as the detonation control, just wanted to mention that as well.

- rejoining the map

NOTE: Figured, I had a unique tablet effect "delirium never dissipates". o/
