Citadel doesn't appear to me

Hello GGG,

I have been playing the league since the beginning, and for this 0.3 season I didn't find a single citadel during this whole season. This is absolutely insane. And yes, I clicked in the altar in the citadel boss map.

Could you check this please? I am still playing despite the league is almost finished... so it will help me a lot.
