No, sorry. But that would be too powerful as it would be even easier then to craft full T1 items (which has already become quite managable with the craftnig in 0.3).
Even if that perfect divine would be a thing then the rarity of it would need to be similar to a Hinekora's Lock (current value ~630 div) and I guess that is not what you are aiming for. |

Exactly like you said. The whole idea is making easy to get tier1 but like also you said that should be unique like Hinekora. So i d say expensive item for expensive results.
