Fever Clan Recruiting!!!

Hi I am posting this in response to much debate.

. I respect the admins/Moderators of POE forums, and I am addressing a Serious issue.

. <-Over the last weeks there has been a lot of Debate on this one single thread.->

-> We are not bashing this clan, but we want to give them a chance to explain the actions they have done in the online gaming community. About 30 of our members know how rude a guest was disrespected/treated who was a member of their community for about a month named Katarina. This person was disrespected, and called a Troll by their community without any evidence proving they broke any server rules, or regulations.

-> We would really love for Fever to address these issues, We have the documents right here which prove what Katarina was really banned for, she was banned for doing the right thing, for helping her friends, by reporting a (DDOS) Attack on Fever servers, and arguing the two trolls who did this, when a few other Fever members jumped in and bashed on her and things got a bit messy things that totally took place outside of Fevers rules, for example on Yahoo, fever has no right or say over these services or what players talk about or do outside their Rules/jurisdiction.

-> We are really concerned because of the toxicty this community has shown to us of what they might do to other players, and online games because they have been very toxic to some players, and damaged online MMORPG's with Exploits.

. The forum Moderator here does their JOB, so do we, We want to know that this is a respectful, and responsible gaming community who will actually look into this complaint, and stop saying we will get back to you and a week, two weeks go by nothing at all.

. We want to know that this clan actually banned our friend for Trolling, we want proof of this, we want to know she was not banned for being angry at the people in the community who were caught cheating, Kat hates Game Hackers.

. We respect the Moderators of all forums, but know this thread might need to be deleted, and never re-made on these forums, unless you want to change you're security options there are many of us who are angry at Fever for their actions in the gaming community, we do not want Fever to get away with their crimes of Disrespect, Accusations, and disrespect towards others.

-> We strive to keep things peaceful in the General Gaming Community, and we hope to hear a real answer with proof that the people we know of actually trolled or these accusations lifted.

Very good Data gathering, I see people have been keeping tabs on Feverclan. I have looked over the evidence you have presented. Every single name that has been brought up in your files as our "Injustice" are banned from feverclan for one reason or another. I admire your love for your friends and you want to make sure people make a very informed decision on Who they sign up to join gaming communities. I assure you we try to keep it as toxic free as we can. If this is the retaliation that an ex-member gives afterbing cut off. by trying to slander the name of Feverclan making us out to be some sort of clan that harbors hackers and endorses it. Well that just shows me how toxic that person truly was. I can assure you and Katarina that these people are no longer apart of feverclan. But again I do think you for bringing this all to my attention.

Everyone knows who you are, and it's time you dealt with the fact you were rightfully removed many months ago. Seriously you just keep making accounts just so you can defame us? How old are you, 9? The more you do this, the more you prove how correct we were in our decision to remove you in the first place. It's people like you that we don't want our members to be around. Fever Clan has been around for 8 years and will continue being there for another 80, and it's because of all the worthy members we recruit including from PoE. By making an account here supposedly representing a clan of 15 people that "care about gaming", shows you think people are stupid enough to take what you say for granted.

Thanks very much for the reply, Some of us have be trying to get a serious answer for awhile, A lot have told us these cheaters were removed from the Fever community, and well I respect this, but a lot of things depends on how people see things some will never see a community as the same ever again.

I do not agree with Kat's removal from the community, I will tell you why. She is a human just like anyone else, we all make mistakes her removal was because she got into trouble with the tribunal after being matched with Trolls in League and refusing to play roles with them. She debated this on you're forums go check its still there and she was removed for it. (No Warning.) She respected the decision so that one day maybe she could actually rejoin, Don't believe this ask Bogo you're founder.

-> Of course this is my opinion and she just accepted the removal from the clan and remain a guest with members she met up until the day that she was banned from the forum.

And while you are at it, perhaps you could upgrade you're forum security what I mean is I am the one who went over there tonight and Made sure to get you're attention, I got sick and tired of no response about what was going on weeks went by and I register some accounts, here is the funny thing you guys don't even require email verification the only thing you track is an IP address, and funny thing about it all how many IP addresses, and open networks do you think there are. You accuse my friend Kat of trolling, you want to protect you're community but you're community is very vulnerable, unless of course you want to handle each incident yourself.

I don't expect this community to understand anything I am really trying to explain to you all, I don't expect this community to even give her a chance or actually look into anything because that is how most people community I know are they are I don't give a ****. I am katarina, and you know what I very sick of Your clan and its Lies, no offense, but it is the truth Fever are liars.

I was a guest of Fever months ago after having my member status revoked over a small incident without warning, For at least a week I watched Fever Members named Crappy Aim, BlobX admit to ELO-Boosting/Cheating League OF Legends, as well as the Never Winter Astro Exploit they did which the game was never fully recovered from with the Dupe.

To my knowledge these people were removed, Fever claims to have removed them, I believe them, but I am sick of Fever and their lies about me.

Fever calls me a Troll because there was an incident inside of League OF Legends, I said some slightly disrespectful things about this community, I was not Logged into TS3, or on their forums.

I never logged into their forums, or their TS3, and Rage at anyone, Cursed, or Made multiple accounts as they claim for the purpose of Trolling its members, they are a disgraceful community when they come to people I know trying to tell them otherwise.

What I did broke no rules under the Fever standards as they do not apply to me as being a guest, Sure I was upset the day in League when the guy kept telling me about how he was elo-boosting people and still a member at the time, at the same time the servers were attack by this troll claiming it was them, I was the responsible party I got involved because I cared about this community, and for doing such I was jumped by some officers which is where I made some disrespectful remarks/threat to call out these cheaters,and this community for what they were doing to our games because I felt nothing was being done about it. This took place outside your servers.


I really don't care much about this anymore if you would have asked me like a month after this took place, I was very depressed from all of this, because this was the first real community I was ever part of, or well I thought it was a good community okay, but it turns out I joined the wrong community because every since I joined this community I was wrongfully treated as a member, and as a guest of their community, I was wrongfully banned without breaking any rules listed on their site, and Called a troll to what people I knew, and most of all I was given no chance to appeal, and lied to many people by this clan of what really took place.

You say I made multiple accounts on you're site to Troll its members this is a lie, well when I was very depressed I talked to my guild of about 30+ people, and they all agreed to help do something about it so I sent them the entire folder I have which contains all the disrespect, and hate your clan has done to me and proves that I am right about what I am saying and not a liar. (This is why the debate on some online forums started about all of this like here for example.)

A good friend of a community would not just sit back and watch as someone admits to cheating in a gaming community a person who respects the game would not knowingly allow people to cheat, and a good person who respects a gaming community such as Fever would not allow their servers to be attacked by some outside hacker either, I did neither.

I was wrong to go off on Fever that day in League chat, I said somethings when the officers got involved which I wish I could go back to this day and take back, Perhaps I was wrong about this community I really don't know. But what I do know is This community.

.Gave me no chance to appeal anything I was immediately banned, I never trolled their forum with multiple accounts.

.They Claim I was banned for Trolling, I have admit to what I have done here and I don't see it as trolling, I made the wrong call/mistake in a debate nothing more.

.You all disrespected me from day one of joining this community pretty much.

So yes You are right Fever I am very upset myself when you accuse me of all these other things like creating multiple accounts and trolling your TS, or website or whatever because this did not happen, and I would like to get to the bottom of this. You claim I am a toxic person just because of being upset that day in League chat because of cheaters which I thought nothing was being done about because I was not being taken seriously, Well I am not a toxic player as you think, but the people I know especially will not sit around and watch this community lie about me.

It took my friends to convince me after at least a week of feeling very depressed and sick that there were better community and people out there than this community, I really felt like ending it when all this bs went down, and I know a lot of you will laugh over it.

I would like to see this Nightmware/Trollfest come to an end, so if you would honestly like to actually talk to me then your community has my email, you have my old forum account which I have not even bothered to go back to for weeks except when my friend asked me to see if it was still banned, and you have TS3 I will get on and talk to you about this, but beyond that it would be really respectful if I wasn't accused of Trolling you're web-servers which my friends have all told me are un-secure and open to trolling, perhaps Any of these members that got removed because of me really calling out the cheating they were doing got mad and posted something claiming to be me.

I do have a POE account which is much older than this, I used to play Smite, DOTA 2, League, POE, Aliens, and quite a few other games with you're members before all this crap took place, and I will say I am thankful to the respectful people I met here during my time in Fever, and I respect those few people who help me during my time there with a few things, but this isn't just something I am going to forget, and its not something others I know are just going to walk away from until I get to the bottom of this.

I know I am Guilty of the things I said in League chat, but beyond that I don't know what the hell this clan is trying to say that I made a lot of accounts to troll them with, it doesn't make sense, Both Sides made mistakes here I made the mistake and misjudge this clan, and so did this clan with the instant ban no appeal right, no anything when I never broke any rules on their actual sever.

. I understand I upset your officers and for that I give my sorry for this, however beyond this saying I did these other things to you're community and a total ban with the message that I was trolling just because of something that took place outside of your rules is a bit much.

. I called the clan supporting cheaters if I remember correctly in League chat because of the days this went on and nothing was done, but perhaps instead of ban and leading to all this drama you should have at least given the chance to appeal, or dragged me in a channel in TS or something.

But you know the biggest thing I don't understand I was wrong with what I said in League, but if what I said wasn't true then why the perm-ban with no appeal. You know there are many other community out there including your rival clan (DNG) which actually allows its users to appeal bans, including one where a user accused the clan of hacking didn't provide evidence they said Here you are unbanned do it again next time without evidence you are perm banned, even things users did that was their own mistake they admit to it the appeals were granted unless they were on purposely trolling.

All I am going to say is that for over a month I supported what I thought was a great community, I did my best to do what was right, keep this community safe from unknown attackers and this is how I feel I got repaid for doing such, to me I find it very offensive.

I am not -butthurtt- over this either, I am pretty much over it now, but I myself have been convinced by people I know not to stand for these rumors about things I did which I didn't, and I really suggest you look over all the snap-shots in that file then you will understand some of the things I talk about.


And if you don't actually believe this is me I will login to Your TS, or website, or you can just email me to sort this mess out instead of throwing around to people I know that I trolled you all with multiple accounts, because this is only going to make the drama much worse.

So what I am saying I don't want to be accused by this community of being a Troll, and based on what my friends have be told Someone who abused you're members, I admit to my abuse or what you all feel I have wronged you're community with right here, but going to a site to create multiple accounts just to attack a community is something I would never do, the only reason I ever wanted to access Fever again was to post an appeal months ago but I never got to because it was banned reason trolling, took place the very day after that league fight where I disrespected your member. ( Just as this community doesn't want to be known for cheating online games just because a few toxic people did it, I don't want to be known as a troll, I understand you all will keep saying you removed them, but you can't remove the damage they did in Never Winter because the damage was done never 100% cleared up, duplicating items can't ever be fixed.) I know your community likely means well and I respect you for it, but I do not really like all this Drama all because of one little incident that ever really took place at my own fault in your community besides getting myself removed over a Tribunal ban as a member.

. On a note to Fever had you have politely and respectfully given me the chance to appeal, and even denied it for a year or two time or something none of this drama would have taken place, i could have told some of the people I know to contact me through steam or something.

It is only because of the people I know that they were able to help me through this very depressing time when all this drama came down in my face over one incident, but you know when the actual trolls win and get what they want, its sad.

My friend told me that I could change my TS3 Unique ID, and sine my IP has already changed obviously I could just come back on, But I would not want to go through this all over again when the next person finds out who I am again, I would rather be straight forward to your community than to lie about it as its not like I have really done anything Toxic like your other members did that were removed anyways, I agree I was wrong okay, but I wasn't a cheater, I didn't wrongfully curse you're members or anything that was very disrespectful compared to what a real Troll/Rager would do.

I do have my original POE account that I played with Fever, I just do not want to argue here and risk getting into trouble for it so I am using a different account.

I really don't care much about this anymore if you would have asked me like a month after this took place, I was very depressed from all of this, because this was the first real community I was ever part of, or well I thought it was a good community okay, but it turns out I joined the wrong community because every since I joined this community I was wrongfully treated as a member, and as a guest of their community, I was wrongfully banned without breaking any rules listed on their site, and Called a troll to what people I knew, and most of all I was given no chance to appeal, and lied to many people by this clan of what really took place.

You say I made multiple accounts on you're site to Troll its members this is a lie, well when I was very depressed I talked to my guild of about 30+ people, and they all agreed to help do something about it so I sent them the entire folder I have which contains all the disrespect, and hate your clan has done to me and proves that I am right about what I am saying and not a liar. (This is why the debate on some online forums started about all of this like here for example.)

A good friend of a community would not just sit back and watch as someone admits to cheating in a gaming community a person who respects the game would not knowingly allow people to cheat, and a good person who respects a gaming community such as Fever would not allow their servers to be attacked by some outside hacker either, I did neither.

I was wrong to go off on Fever that day in League chat, I said somethings when the officers got involved which I wish I could go back to this day and take back, Perhaps I was wrong about this community I really don't know. But what I do know is This community.

You need to pick better friends. Allowing your friends to troll us on your behalf is even worse, you may have done nothing here personally, but you SAT BACK AND ALLOWED IT.

If you seriously think you've done nothing wrong you're sadly mistaken. All of your "friends" are trolling on your behalf, in YOUR NAME. you're ok with this?

TBH had you approached me or any other leader yourself for a real appeal you'd have had a chance.

I'm sorry you feel that you were wrongfully banned, but your past actions, nay, in-action on stopping your friends from trolling on your behalf, make this ban an easy ban to keep intact at this point.
