Thanks I really do hope this is being looked into because I know our kittykat didn't break you're server rules they were totally banned for something that took place completely outside of Fevers domain and that was for debating trolls and some officers got into the arguement, I know she really didn't disrespect them but she was pissed because of how she was treated both as a member and as a guest by these trolls who don't just troll fever but troll two other gaming community chat channels. Only reason she got involved is because they admit in chat they were DDOS the Fever servers and kittykat respected Fever even as a guest she knew people from there and would never login to you're servers with the purpose to Troll.

I really would revise you're rules if a player can get punished as a guest for something that totally occur outside of Fever's forum/server I asked my kittykat to try to login to talk to guest a day or two ago she still say she banned for being a Troll but we still see nothing proving she actually disrespect you're officers on Ts3, or Fever owned servers, and if we did for sure they would not be allowed to game with us.

I just find it over-all lame that this community has their rules clearly listed here.

But kittykat gets punished for something completely outside the rules, I also find it lame that there is section called Ban-Contestations, but my kittykat perm banned no right to say anything.

I have read the other major gaming forums with players who play League and other games similar to Fever they also have a Ban-Contestations forum and they actually allow players to appeal their ban, some were mistakes made by admin, some players admit their guilt and were given a chance, unless it was something like Hacking an online game it was denied.

.Fever Doesn't care, they disrespected me, & people I know too, and are lying to you they are not looking into jack shit that is why we joined another clan after being disrespectfully banned without any reason given just couldn't login, no way to appeal either.

Asking Fever to look into a unjust ban is a joke basically you make enemies with one of their officers you get banned mysteriously without any reason given even if something does not break their rules they refuse to be like.

. YOu broke Rule #1 Don't curse our members on the forums. & so on they just refuse to prove anything they just ban you as they don't care about its members or friends/guests they are like the Mafia they take peoples heads and dont look back.

In fact this issue has been brought to our leaders' attention and is being reviewed. The fact that you have 1 post to your name puts me under the impression that you are here for none other reason than troll this post.

Hi boys, Yeah there are some smelly trolls, but I know kittykat isn't one of them. I really dunno what to believe anymore I mean it takes 30 seconds to pass an execution on a well respected member of the general gaming community for over 7 years, and many months to find out WTF is going on. There is only one thing kitty might have be wrong about with this clan which was sorted out but other than that I know they went through a lot of shit.

I dunno how long it will take to actually get their name clear of logging into their servers for the purpose of Trolling, but I know I sent a response through the Fever contact us link and they said to send the logs I sent everything that we we all have except for a 100MB Video file, and an audio log of an admin bitching at her which one of the incidents was sorted out long time ago and turns out to be a mistake or not enough proof to prove it was true so none of us are even going to worry about that.

Purrrhaps this mite be clear up soon when they really see that it was true that kitty was piss off cuz of the two trolls & DDOS

Purrhaps they will also see how some of their members are like "She is here stop talking about her now." Its pretty funny how their members.

Purrhaps they will actually see how the officers all got involved in the debate which got out of hand no fouls were exchanged, but purrhaps they will see that it took a chat debate to actually get people to start saying ELO-Boosting/Cheating was not allowed, and like at least 24 hours after kat was banned these trolls still appear on the Fever member list for quite awhile so please take no offense but some of us think they were only dealt with becuase of kat fighting to keep these type of people from runining a fair game.

Fever failed to prove this, Kat was removed strictly because she was banned by the tribunal because she got trolled in champion select many times by trolls and told players she refused to play (X) Role the community pass their own judgement, but she was never banned for trolling by the actual admin's of this game. "She was removed from member status simply because "Fever" claim they wanted to keep a good light on themselves,the founder talked with her.

If you want an idea how toxic the League community is, it is very toxic often players tell each-other to commit suicide, many reports for not following Meta on players are filed daily, players are cursed at, You want my opinion. Instead of Fever judging kat based on a Tribunal suspension and what their opinions are they should have clearly read the logs and see *WHO* was actually the toxic player the players swearing at her in her games, or her refusing to play *X* Role. *Kat has over 2000 Replays many with Very Toxic Players. *** Big deal if kat refused to play a role in Meta, she got banned for refusing to work with the team the Players said in Tribunal suspension F.A.Q, what they could not see is what they said pre-game where they said if it wasn't going to work they were going to jungle, or what they said about not playing (X) Role pre-game you cant see this chat in a tribunal case which would prove kitty tried to work with the team. See there are 3 roles she actually plays without question, if she is going to play any dual role she asks that players pre-game communicate what they are playing and be playing on the samge page as her, many low level players don't say anything just instant lock something random and be like support me, kat doesn't play like this it doesn't mean she is a troll... Riot games also states that a person is "Not Forced to play by any meta, or any role meaning you can do what you want as long as you don't go afk." This proves kat might have said in chat they refused to play *X* Role but didn't do anything wrong. (I have talked to Kat, about this the best way to avoid a suspension is not to talk once the game starts even if players troll.)

Yeah it was pretty funny Kat was talking about quitting this day, this is what their officer said during the debate before they perm banned kitty and accused her of trolling (>With NO Right To Appeal, as some claim she did.<)

They have the full logs of everything, we will see what actually comes of this, and I believe this will also prove that Kat was removed due to a Debate outside of Fevers Servers, not for trolling or doing anything wrong on Fever Services which are listed by Fever Rules.

Sure kat was a bit upset, but I can clearly see what was done to her, and why she was very upset at what was going on around her people stabbing her in the back and saying "be quiet because she is here, then officers jumping in on her, yeah there is only one thing kat might or might not have be wrong about, but we accept Fever as a community dealt with the issue quite awhile ago and we don't care about it we just care that kitty was called a Troll, when Clearly these people refused to settle any disputes with her or let her appeal/talk to officers they just Ban Hammer her no chance to say anything and tihs is exactly why it gets out of hand.

I am very upset about the mess I doubt kat even cares anymore but hey a lot of us want to clear up this mess because we don't believe in Leaving a kitty behind.

I hope to see this mess clear up maybe in a month or I dunno what their review process is.But hopefully this teach them to let players appeal in private/formal means.

Why don't you all just give each-other a hug already or something instead of stepping on each-other feet. Like really I hope the new info she kellynn gave you actually helps sort some of the issues out to prove she was not trollin on the actual Fever servers.

Like srsly why not just talk to the person who was accuse of being a troll to begin with.
