Flame blast being faster to cast would take this already scary OP exile and break it even further.

Does this mean he new casts faster for max damage, or cast slower for max damage? Hopefully it means a cast speed nerf on hid part. He's already a more deadly find then the random Igna. Would hate to see him actually cast faster.

So "The Vertex" is not suppose to possess the "50% reduced mana cost" mod or it is and was simply applying incorrectly?
