~ 5-45% Global Crit Chance
~ 1-20% Increased Max Mana with Quality

Values are give for levels 1-20.

Perhaps two auras: one INT for extra spell damage and another INT/DEX for extra critical damage

righteous fire has been used as a spell damage aura for a long time, even tho its not really used for that anymore.

applying flat damage auras to spells would be really hard to balance, a shotgunning incinerate with anger and wrath would be insanely op
