Reduced mana reserved passive skill tree
|
I came to notice that the reduced mana reserved passive skill is serverly underpowered, It says it would cut the mana costs reserved by 5% which it does, but not in the way i estimated.
First i would like to explain what i thought it would do, let's say i would use tempest shield it costs 25% in reserved mana so if you would spec into reserved mana reduction -5% mana reserved it would reserve 20% mana. Seems pretty ok right? What it actually does, it cut's 5% of the 25% mana reserved which is -1.25% reserved mana coming to a total of 23.75% mana reserved. Which is pretty much neglectable. I don't know if this is intended but it seems like a waste of skill points in it's current form. Especially if you spec into blood magic. Эта тема была автоматически архивирована. Ответы невозможны.

How would that passive work on fixed cost auras in your example?
200 - 5% = ? Refund it if it's not satisfactory, but I'm pretty sure it's working as intended. My summoner has 6 auras reserving 2k mana. This passive would give me 100 extra mana which seems decent enough in my opinion. |

I think most players counter this with simple +% mana Nodes and or manaregen. But i admit alot of nodes arent worth taking including the one u ment.

" I'm talking about making it a flat ammount cutting a clean 5% of the reserved mana. 40% reserved mana woul be 35% 25% reserved mana would be 20% this would also make it a lot more viable for blood magic users. |

If it was a flat 5%, then you could get 20% reduced mana reserved, which would half the mana reserved, not counting the reduced mana gem. This would be ridiculous, and would allow people to have all 10 auras running at once, + an offensive ability.
Auras are a niche spec, not every class should be using them, or using many of them at once. The way it is now is fine. | |

That would be too much, for sure, but I feel that the reduced reservation passives are a pretty weak choice at the moment.
