what is extra gore?

lot item have the words:" extra gore" . what's actually do? can not understand. can anyone explain it for me. give me a few sample too, that could help me understand it.

Extra Gore is a visual effect. Watch this:

It's literally that - "Extra Gore". all the kills you do are a lot bloodier. It actually doesn't do anything, it's a purely cosmetic change. It's the same as the extra gore effect in the MTX shop.
I do believe multiple instances of Extra Gore stack. Better stay in the land of the damned, Exile. Here, even the very words are corrupted by Nightmare.

Extra gore...
is probably the main reason why people use items like BoR, facebreaker, and belly of the beast :P It is also the only redeeming point of the heavily nerfed carnage heart. It's pretty awesome, and is a very good reason why you should play cyclone/infernal blow in a BoR. Now to confirm whether it stacks from different sources... For try, for see, and for know.
