Hits can't be evaded are Prefix or Suffix?

I have this sword



With "Can have multiple Crafted Mods"

I can put:

Local Physical Dmg +%
Local Min Added Physical Dmg / Local Max Added Physical Dmg

It is very expensive to try and not do.

At the moment this sword has more DPS than this Axe

It's a prefix

If it was a suffix, you wouldnt be able to craft "can have multiple mods", since attack speed and crit chance are suffixes. Simple, isn't it? ;)
If you don't have Elreon at level 8, you can find out by checking if you can craft another suffix, like crit multi.
Also: you obviously augmented first, so whatever you got (attack speed or chrit chance) would show, that 'Hit's can't be evaded' is a prefix.

Aren't both of you are wrong?

How many mods i can put in there?

multiple Crafted Mods counts as one mod by itself so you can have 5 mods (+multiple Crafted Mods as 6th)

you got crit chance and attack speed as a suffix, multiple crafted mods is also a suffix so you can at two more prefixes

if hits cant be evaded would be a suffix you wouldnt be able to craft multiple crafted mods
