Dexterity as a stat?
Hey, what's up with dexterity in this game? As far as attributes go it definitely seems like the worst. It's the ONLY statistic whose usefulness is capped (accuracy :91% - right?) so that more dex does jack for your effective dps, and all it gives per point is 1 point of accuracy and 2 points of evasion?
30 strength = 6% Increased Physical Damage + 30 Health 30 intelligence = 6% Increased ES + 30 Mana 30 dex = 30 accuracy (but you're already at cap if you're a dex character and have been there since level 1) + 60 evasion (which does NOTHING for your survival when compared to 6% ES or 30 Health) so what's the point in dex? It just seems so dumb that someone can pile up nothing but strength and get a 100% hit rate (higher than you with your 800 dex), while gaining damage and hp in the process... I've got many characters through normal now, and I can't manage to get any dex build to work as well as a str or int build in cruel, especially my melee claw shadow, it's just begging for death over and over again |

Dex stacking is REALLY useful when you snag Iron reflexes. Because you are building armor at that point. But I believe GGG said they are looking into tweaking the dex side of things mainly duelist and ranger areas. While I agree you need str for just about any melee that isnt claw/dagger. It kind of pins dex players to going to the str side.

first of accuracy is capped at 95% I believe and you get 2 accuracy per dex not 1.
also evasion is really good consindering you can evade crits which is fucking awesome then more or less what F3ral0ne said Its always in the last place you look
