Fps drop

Hey everyone !
i have played so far about +- 700-900 h in poe and i enjoy it a lot but i have one issue with the game the new update brought it. That's very annoying for me, every time I play POE and talk with my friends on teamspeak i get insane frame drops from 150-200 fps average to numbers like 1-10 fps every 2-3 seconds its very uncomfortable to play almost impossible. I have tested it and i know thats it. I would rather not give up the conversation by ts because i love to speak with my friends while im playing. Also i dont like to use skype. you cant. the game is poorly optimized. i have a 980Ti and get mad frame drops. had a 390x before and had the same issue.

When you get these frame drops, does your latency also increase? Are you using Lockstep network mode in PoE? Does it change anything if you switch to Predictive?
