PathOfExile.tmp and PathOfExile.exe errors after update and reinstall.

I got PathOfExile.tmp error during last update(2.3.2). After restart client downloaded 13Mb more and then crashed with the same error. I tried updating redist, check pack, deleting .tmp. Didn't work. So I uninstalled the game and then reinstalled it. Now it gives me PathOfExile.exe error immediately (without client window and any downloading). I'm on Windows 7 64, standalone client. Didn't have crashes before this update. Here are some screenshots but they're in Russian:

After uninstalled my AVG antivrus, the game is now working.

Make sure you enable the "Windows Management Instrumentation" service(WMI). See thread https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1703230

I tried WMI service thing and restarting Windows with default msconfig. Didn't work.
I see other people having this problem after last patch, so MAYBE it's not our Windows?

I know it's the same thing, sort of, but try these steps.

In this registry folder, i saw a few values with pathes that direceted to a not existing drive. I corrected it with %SystemRoot% at the gebinning and it workted now.

This instruction is kinda useless because it doesn't say what "namespace" to choose and what "object" to add. I tried to mess with it, but it didn't work. I also tried to give all permissions to user. I don't want to mess with my system any further because it's only PoE that isn't working now. Who knows what I can break myself:D

For the 'namespace' just select root. For the 'object' select 'Authenticated Users' All of this should be set by default and will only have been changed deliberately, so it shouldn't be at all necessary.
