Frenzy Charges

If I use frenzy to get my frenzy charges full then use another attack (dual strike for example) is that any different than using Blood Rage and having charges that way? does Frenzy add faster attacks to attacks that are not frenzy?

Frenzy increases your attack speed. From what I can tell, it's all things where you use AP as a modifier.

Sure does. Its nice like that.

I often build up my frenzy charges just to pound swarms down with a higher DPS LA. Works great. Also Frenzy is great for when i only have one boss, and LA is a waste.

i understand that for each frenzy charge i gain an attack bonus.

But does it matter HOW i get the frenzy charges. blood rage also gives renzy charges.

Frenzy skill has extra AS increase beyond the AS increase from the charges.
Other skills only take advantage of the AS increase from the charges.
You can see this in your specific skill tabs in the character panel.
It becomes more obvious as you level up Frenzy since the AS gets bigger as it levels up.
Throw on Faster attacks support, get some AS nodes, and have a high base-AS weapon and it will be like shooting a machine gun :)

No it does not Matter how you get Frenzy Charges.
Blood Rage or The Skill Frenzy Provides Frenzy charges.
To see what Frenzy Charges Provide Press C in game then Click the Charges Tab.
by Default you can have a max of 3 & you Gain 5% atk.spd & 5% cast.spd Per Charge. you can also gain the bonus of 4% evasion Per Charge if you've taken the passive for it. at most you can have 7 Charges.

Some skill gains Additional bonuses from Frenzy Charges which is Displayed on the tool tip of that Gem.

Frenzy is one of those items that gain additional bonuses from Frenzy Charges.
The skill Frenzy, on lv 1, Gains 4% More Physical Damage & 5% Higher atk.spd Per Charge.
so you gain an overall increase of 10% atk.spd & 4% dmg per charge When attacking with the skill Frenzy.
