Is clarity improved by "Mana Regeneration Rate" passives and item bonuses?

I've heard level 11 clarity has the best efficiency, this true?

Does Inner force improve clarity?

Is there any other ways to boost clarity?

duskbane is right. all % increases to mana regen rate buffs clarity since it is a flat increase. i dont know nothing bout no level 11, mine if fully leveled. right now i have with the level 15 gem in the shield and i have infinite mana for my current gem layout. and as a rule all auras period are buffed by inner force.

yes reduced mana works that way. it's a big part of why reduced mana is so valuable.

I read something about that clarity at level 11 thing too. I wouldn't believe it without conclusive proof.

I think, you should have enough mana available to cast the main spells at once, while having all your auras up. So just level clarity to the point, where you have just enough mana to do that, while considering possible changes in eq.
And that 11 lvl thing is from PoE Wikipedia.

Only on auras that cost mana, ones that reserve mana no. You need to get the reduced reserved mana near the south west side of the tree

Reduced mana gem works with EVERY aura, % or not.

About the lvl 11 thing - just try to use clarity and stop leveling it when you think you are OK with mana, i usually get enough of it between lvl 3 and 5 and i see no reason to further increase its mana cost by leveling it even higher (and clarity can become really expensive...).

Other builds might need higher clarities, but as i said just experiment with it ans stop when you feel that you regenerate fast enough.
