Would the projectiles from Molten Strike actually chain with Ricochet from Deadeye?

No, they're ground targeted, so they cannot chain, pierce, or fork.
Combat is simple.
Keep your blood in. Take theirs out. |

Ok so Powerful Precision wouldn't work either for the projectiles, right?

If you meant the returning part, then no. But a projectile that isn't able to pierce can still have pierce chance and will receive crit chance bonus based on it.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
