Chisel and roll maps with as much IIQ as possible. Pack size doesn't matter unless you rolled special Sextant with 500% Quantity from monsters from strongbox.

Absolute best Leaguestones are as follows - Shining Tempest Leaguestone of Abundance. "Of Abundance" suffix gives IIQ up to 30%. You are not supposed to use insane Radiating Tempest it provides, just step into the tempest when it's nearby for some extra bonus. Just Tempest Leaguestone of Abundance will suffice. Then Onslaught - any mods really.

Third Leaguestone is up to personal preference. There is no other Leaguestone that would add global IIQ. Beyond is always good. But you can go all out and get Abundant Ambush Leagustone of Excellence for 4 additional boxes and additional rare items (goes up to 6) dropping from each chest.

About boxes:
Carto - roll Quantity or / and +Level, if possible with extra items. Make it rare.
Diviner - Additional items, I roll no less than 7. Then regal. Make it Rare.
Aracnist - Additional items.
Artisan - Just make it blue / rare with chance / alch.
Other not worth rolling or just chance / alch making them blue / rare and go.

You can roll with chaoses, alchs/scours, but I would recommend using alteration orbs. It's much cheaper and precise. Diviner and Carto are probably only strongboxes that worth using alchs / scour or chaos rolling method. It also takes a whole lot of time.

Don't listen to people who would tell you that vaal'ing boxes hoping for 6L is good idea. It's not unless you already dirty rich and want a little gamble.

Don't use it on lower level maps. Use it on red maps, so you can get more expensive maps and better items.

Advanced strategies include trying to proc it in Springs, rolling +3level (or higher) items on every box that can drop items hoping for itemLevel 84 Crystal Belt which sells for quite a lot. You can try to get "Monsters from stronboxes have 500% quantity" sextant on Spider Forest (or other similar maps, but it will cost more) and try to get that Doctor card. Or you can just play T16s for higher bases and maps.
