Intruders in Black not showing up.

Is there a prerequisite to the quest 'Intruders in Black?? I'm in act 2 normal and it isn't showing on the npc.

As far as I know, you need to enter The Old Fields or The Riverways and then return to town for Greust to offer the quest.
Though, that said, you don't actually have to get it in order to go to the Chamber of Sins and complete it (As with most quests, only a handful do you actually need to talk to someone to initiate) |
