Cannot complete bandit quest with existing character

The bandit's quest is stuck in the status shown in the image:
whenever I go to Alira or the other guy, I can kill them, but they don't re-drop their fragment, and speaking to Oak achieves no result. Eramir does not give a **** :/  Last bumped8 авг. 2017 г., 08:15:11
