Update References from Legacy League to Harbinger League

Challenges still show Legacy League rewards and the MTX store still shows banners for the Legacy League supporter packs.

Things I've done to try to fix this on my end:


- Run CCleaner (with more aggressive Cleaner settings), which normally only cleans normal utility programs like browsers and office programs, but hey, I don't know if PoE is referencing cached Internet Explorer content or something.

- Run BleachBit (again with very aggressive cleaning settings) throughout every application allowed.

- Delete the MOTDCache and Minimap folders under [UserName]>My Documents>My Games>Path of Exile.

- Delete the ShaderCache (both D3D9 and D3D11), logs folder, and HashCache.dat under [Steam Install]>steamapps>common>Path of Exile.

- Ran Drakier's GGPK Defragmenter tool on the Content.ggpk file for PoE.

- Ran Defraggler and defragmented all my files (including PoE's).

- Restarted my PC.

- Use Steam's Path of Exile Properties>Local Files>Verify Integrity of Game Files to verify I have the latest content/patches/files.

- Launched the game (which should regenerate any caches or log folder files it needs).


The Legacy League references are still there. Then I...


- Completely deleted the [Steam Install]>steamapps>common>Path of Exile folder and all of its contents.

- Use Steam's Path of Exile Properties>Local Files>Verify Integrity of Game Files to completely redownload the game and the Content.ggpk file.


And the Legacy League references are still there.
