Global Chat

We need a guide to explain what global chat channels are used for.

People say "/global 820" but that is for end game mastery.

I found myself in a global with nothing but boxes and numbers (even though it claimed to be english).

Is there a list so I can return to the global I was on? I don't know what my previous/first global was to begin with.

What is a good global chat for my region? California? Acts 1-10?

There really isn't a chat for your 'region', it's 'global'. :P

Global 3 isn't too bad most of the time.
