Won't save settings

cannot save my settings options, when i've done with my settings and close PoE then i opened again my settings always back to default again.
production_Config.ini in C:\Users\xxx\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile not save the settings and not update the date Modified.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile
C:\Users\faidr\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile

please someone help me, wanna play this game so much :(
