Customers' crashes upon visiting my hideout

Hello,

I would like to inform that a strange issue started some days ago.

As usual, when another player send me a whisper in order buy something from me, I invite him and wait for him to get to my hideout.
Unfortunately sometimes that player seems unable to reach my hideout because, whenever he tries, its game crashes, so in the end I solve the issue by visiting his hideout.

Some facts:
- the issue started some days ago (maybe a couple of weeks?)
- my hideout is a large Zana's hideout
- my hideout is rather bare: it contains all masters, including Leo, and Navali, all benches and just some lighting spots (I cannot add anything else, as I have a potato pc and it would slow down too much otherwise)
- I do not use any mtx (see above)
- I am often afk (I keep the game open while I work), but I reply to trade whispers whenever I can (I do not know if the issue is related to resuming from afk)
- I play from Italy

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

I've been getting disconnected when visiting some people's hideouts today. I think it's a gateway issue, I can't connect to my usual server or any nearby ones either. At least one of the people whose hideouts caused disconnections were from an EU server so that might be it.
