Act 7 - Vaal City. And the Temple of Atzoatl is gonna be even larger and more complex than this.

Maybe the chance to narrow down what loot I can get will mean I actually hit map-tier without feeling like a goddamn grunge hobo for once.

It'll be a nice change of pace from the leveling ratrace the first time through the Story Bus as well. Will be interesting to see what kind of landmarking they use for the tileset given that presumably we have a good idea of how it's laid out going in...

From the preview it looks like each room is somewhat reasonable in size and navigation,it's just theres 11 of them.

It will surely not be a cluster fuck of a mess like that.

The only reason act 7 Vaal City is so cancer is because it's a waste of time that you just wanna get past as quickly as possible. But the layout itself wouldn't be so bad if clearing it served an actual purpose--like the Temple of Atzoatl.

Its fun how no one complained about backtracking in D2, or the size of huge jungle maps and caves.

You know why? In that time ppl wasnt watching streamers playing at Full speed, and ppl really didnt cared so much about clearspeed, and they had way more fun really playing the game and engaging monters.

If u dont want to play a fun New content Just because it may not be best for your clearspeed build...

I remember one thing i heard in blizzard forums back when i played D3.

I don't mind complex layouts/hard encounters at all as long as they are fun to run. A complex layout makes sense here. You can't pretend an ancient temple to be a corridor.
