Uh tick the box shaper item or elder item.

I honestly never saw the shaper or elder options, until you pointed it out. I just used the options of Quality, Gem Level and Corrupted, but never read the other options. |

Hehe it works just as well searching for one or more elder or shaper mods since they only spawn on those items.
