Failed to Initialize

I played the game without issues yesterday and today I try to play the game aswell however I get the error Failed to Initialize.

I searched the forum for some fixes, applied some of em however none seem to make it better. Currently I'm trying to install the game from steam, I normally use the standalone client.

Stuff i've tried so far:
Reinstalling the standalone game
Changing language package of keyboard
Deleting production_config
Running PackCheck (nothing happens)
Deleting Content.ggpk

For some weird reason it works through steam but not standalone ( which I prefer using )

PS i am silly and don't know how to put the info from the dxdiag here!

Please help me
