New corrupted implicit "1% Reduced Mana Reserved" on jewels not working properly.

I believe that this implicit does not work properly because the amount of mana reserved did not change when I upgraded my Conqueror's Efficiency to the one with said implicit. I have also tried getting a different rare jewel with the same implicit and there was no change to reserved mana.
Getting a single (not corrupted) Conqueror's Efficiency which gives 2% change does a visible change to mana reserved while getting 2 different jewels with 1% Reduced Mana Reserved did nothing (Same thing happened when I checked it in PoB).

Yeah i noticed this too. Instead of 1% it seems to reduce your reserved mana by just one. my reserved mana went from 918 -> 917.

Edit: 1% is not enough to actually reduce the reservation of % auras. only enough for clarity. so you need 2 jewels for it to have an effect.

If that's the only reduced mana reservation you have, it's not enough to change your reservation. 1% of 50% is only half a percent that rounds to zero.

Assuming I have 1000 mana and use Hatred aura, 500 mana should be reserved. 1% reduced mana reserved should equal 5 mana, not 1.

I can also confirm this.
I have 700 of my 2100 mana reserved, a yellow jewel with this implicit gives me 1 mana back.

That's not how it works. It's reducing the gem percentage, not the flat mana you have. Hatred reserves 50%. In order to get that to 49%, you have to have 2% reduced mana reservation. Because 2% of 50% is a 1% reduction. If you have 1% reduced mana reservation, hatred still reserves 50% because you're only reducing hatred's reservation by .5% and 49.5 rounds back to 50%.

Does this gem also give you intelligence? Because that's the only way it would give mana back if you aren¡re reaching the next gem threshold.

Corrupted mana reservation jewejs 1% not works, tested with 2 socketed jewels (2%) with hatred +arctic armour + heral of ash. No effect.
