Random fire damage triggering my EE

I only have lightning and cold damage on attacks as seen on video skill description, But I sometimes randomly deal fire damage from an unknown source which ruins my dps.
I do have a 20% chance to ignite but I dont know if that triggers EE. You can even see the fire effect on the video on one of the hits. At least one source of fire damage messing your build up is your Sceptre in combination with your gauntlets.
The Sceptre has: "Adds 17 to 33 Fire Damage to Spells" Your Glove Enchantment has: "Trigger Decree of Blades on Hit" If my memory serves correctly, Decree of Blades is a Spell.
